Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?

Yes. Your number moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform. It stops working in the WhatsApp app on your phone and works inside HeloFlow instead — customers keep messaging the same number.

Do I need my own Meta business account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it stays yours. Your number sits inside your own Meta business account and HeloFlow connects to it during signup. Meta's business verification runs against that account, so the number and the account travel with you if you ever leave.

What does Meta charge, and what does HeloFlow charge?

They are two separate bills. Meta charges per conversation at rates it publishes itself, which vary by country and by whether the conversation is marketing, utility, authentication or service. Can I message anyone, or only people who opted in?

Only people who opted in. Marketing messages need consent and an approved template, and HeloFlow keeps the opt-in record against each contact. Anyone who messages you first can be answered freely inside the 24-hour window. Messaging people who never asked is what lowers a number's quality rating and eventually gets it blocked.

What happens after the 24-hour window closes?

You can no longer send a free-form reply to that customer. You can still send an approved template, and the moment they reply the window opens again for another 24 hours. Every chat in the inbox carries its own countdown, so nobody finds this out at the last minute.

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Connecting a number and sending your first test message usually takes under an hour. Meta's own business verification runs in parallel and can take longer depending on the documents you submit. Template approval is typically fast, though a rejected template needs an edit and a resubmission.

Is my data stored in India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HeloFlow runs in a Mumbai region and your contacts, conversations and media stay there. Access inside your team is controlled per user, and message content is never sold or used to train a shared model.

Can I export my data and leave?
